Construction Products: Conformity Procedure for Thermal Insulation Composite Systems

The Commission Decision sets out the procedure for attesting the conformity of external thermal insulation composite systems/kits with rendering under the Construction Products Directive. The Commission is required to select the 'least onerous possible procedure consistent with safety', for attesting the conformity of a product under the Construction Products Directive.
