End-of-Life Vehicles: 2005 Amendment

The EU is gradually phasing out the use of heavy metals in vehicles by prohibiting the use of lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium in vehicle components. This Decision allows for certain spare parts containing these substances to be put on the market.
