Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Goods: Consolidation & Revision

This is a proposal to overhaul the existing law restricting hazardous substances in electrical goods known as the RoHS Directive. The proposal would extend current rules to cover medical devices and monitoring instruments and bring procedures into line with existing chemical regulations.
