Chemical Agents: 3rd List of Occupational Exposure Limits

The EU sets non-binding, scientifically determined levels of exposure for particular chemical substances, below which workers will not experience detrimental effects to their health. These levels are then used by MSs to establish their own national limits.
Commission Directive 2009/161/EC establishing a third list of indicative occupational exposure limit values in implementation of Council Directive 98/24/EC and amending Commission Directive 2000/39/EC | Dossier 332 | Status: "In Force" | Updated: 08 Jan 10
