Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change

The EU has adopted legislation to combat climate change and wants to convince others to reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This Communication outlines the EU's position on climate change ahead of the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
