Protected Geographical Indications: Arzùa-Ulloa

The Register of protected designations of origin (PDO) and protected geographical indications (PGI) is a voluntary scheme, in which products from Member States or third-countries can be attributed a PDO or PGI, protecting their name. The criteria for the attribution are based on geographical origin and production methods.
