Austrian Energy in Slovakia

An exchange of information and best practices on renewable energy was recently held at the Austrian Energy Days event in Bratislava. The event brought together more than 30 Austrian and 80 Slovakian companies working in the energy sector. Slovakian companies were given the opportunity to examine how renewable sources have boosted the energy efficiency of production in Austria, while at the same time protecting the environment. Austrian companies using renewable energy source technology increased their exports by 12% last year and created 22,000 new jobs.
