Copenhagen: CO2 Emissions

The climate change summit in Copenhagen will generate 40,500 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, according to the United Nations. This is the amount of carbon emissions created by Morocco in 2006. Delegates from 192 countries are meeting in the Danish capital. Some climate campaigners have suggested that world leaders could have met over the internet, which would have caused significantly less pollution.
