Danish Healthy Ingredients Database

A Danish start-up has launched a database of healthy food ingredients aimed at manufacturers in the food industry. The website contains about 200 ingredients at present and the company aims to increase that figure to 500 by the year’s end. The company hopes that food manufacturers will use it in order to research healthy ingredients for their products.
