Ethics in the Food Sector

A trade union and a supermarket in the UK have launched an initiative to end discrimination and unfair treatment along the meat and poultry supply chain. The aim is to establish an efficient, effective and ethical business model. The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is due to report in March on the UK's multi-billion pound meat industry.
