Europeans Suffer Excessive Noise

A report released yesterday by the European Environment Agency claims that over half of Europeans suffer from excessive noise. The paper argues that the effects of noise on human health are underestimated and urges authorities to rake steps to curb environmental noise. The noisiest capitals in Europe are Bratislava, Warsaw and Paris.
