23 June 2009
A driver’s fatigue is believed to be the main cause of a school bus accident in Austria on Sunday. The driver suddenly fell asleep after driving for almost 8 hours and lost control of the wheel. The bus, which was carrying 48 students from Slovakia back from their trip in Italy, crashed on the A2 motorway between Mooskirchen and Lieboch in Austria. The accident left 37 injured, 18 of whom are described as badly injured.
