Food Outlets Closed in Ireland

Environmental Health Officers from Ireland’s Health Service Executive have shut down four food outlets that they judge to pose a threat to public health. Each of the outlets was judged to have failed one or more of the food handling criteria laid down by the agency. Consequently, they have been told they must close. A prohibition order – which is a temporary measure, but which can be made permanent – has also been served to a further outlet in Dublin.
