Food Security Project

A project aimed at addressing the major challenges of global food security, such as producing safe and nutritious food with less energy, water and chemical input, has been launched in the UK. The project will look at ways of ensuring that food production is done in an environmentally, economically and sustainable manner. Partners in the programme include research councils and government departments.
