French Plant Compliance

Almost 1,000 French industrial plants became compliant with new regulations last year, claims the government. France expects the rest of the country’s plants to become compliant by the end of 2010. France was one of several European countries to miss the compliance deadline, which has led to legal action from the European Commission.
