Increase in German Work Accidents

The accident rate of workers with non-standard working times has increased significantly in Germany over the past year, as indicated in the annual report on occupational health and safety. The report also shows that there has been a notable decrease in fatal work accidents and a slight increase in absolute numbers of accidents. Finally, the report notes that the number of workplace inspectors in German regions has been decreasing.
