Irish Poultry Advice

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) is offering processors, retailers and consumers advice on controlling Campylobacter contamination. This follows the publication of a recent survey on poultry contamination in Europe. This EFSA study underlined that there is a high level of Campylobacter contamination in poultry carcasses in slaughter plants.
