Jellyfish Invade Spanish Coast

The number of jellyfish spotted along Spain’s coastline is increasing and could increase further due to climate change, warns a new study. The jellyfish, whose natural habitat is 20 miles from the coast, are coming closer to the coastline because of rising temperatures and pollution. Tourism could be badly affected by larger populations of potentially fatal jellyfish coming closer to popular beaches, claims the study.
