Junk Food Tax Backed

Some health experts have backed Romania’s tax on junk food, saying it is an effective weapon in the fight against obesity. Obesity rates are increasing in Eastern Europe, with the typical 'western' sedentary lifestyle of car use and fast food to blame. Nutritionists have warned however that the tax must come with clear advice for consumers.
