No Link Between Eggs and Cholesterol?

A UK study suggests that egg consumption does not lead to an increase in cholesterol level. Professor Bruce Griffin from the University of Surrey claimed that the link between the consumption of eggs and heart disease was based on out-of-date information, and he urged consumers to restore eggs on their menus for a healthy balanced diet.
