Omega-3 Through Animal Feed

Feeding animals with improved feed containing extruded linseed rich in Omega-3 produces meat and dairy products with better nutritional quality, according to the findings of a part EU-funded scientific trial. This new concept, developed by the partners of EUREKA Project E!3407 EUROAGRI+ OMS, could help obese people suffering from Metabolic Syndrome. The results of the trial have been published in the scientific press.
