Organic Food Still a Strong Seller

The International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) says that sales in major organic markets such as Germany and France remain strong, while highest growth has been reported in the Czech Republic and Denmark. Furthermore, the UK organic market reported a 1.7% increase last year, according to the UK’s Soil Association. One factor has been that low cost retailers are increasingly stocking organic food.
