Poultry Safety Study

Over three quarters of poultry carcasses in Europe are contaminated with Campylobacter, a new survey has found. Around 16% of carcasses are also contaminated with Salmonella. These are responsible for the two most reported food-borne diseases in humans: campylobacteriosis and salmonellosis.
