Scottish Leisure Centre Fined

A leisure centre in Scotland has pleaded guilty to charges, under the Health and Safety at Work Act, in connection with the death of a boy in 2007. The accident occurred during a public swimming session. It was revealed that the lifeguards were not adequately trained to ensure that every part of the wave pool was properly supervised.
