Soy Diet Study

Consumption of a soy-rich diet could decrease sperm count, a Swiss mice study has suggested. Adult male mice fed a soy-rich diet had sperm counts 25% lower than mice fed a soy-free diet. Scientific evidence from human studies however has shown no correlation between soy intake and decreased male fertility. The research has been published in the journal Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology.
