Spanish Star Suffers Food Poisoning

The young Spanish motorcyclist Jorge Lorenzo’s hopes for winning the MotoGP championship ended on Sunday when he crashed out of the Australian Grand Prix after struggling all weekend with food poisoning. Fortunately, the 22-old escaped with nothing more than a damaged nose and a slight injury to a finger. The Spaniard had a disappointing weekend, suffering a fall while qualifying, with some arguing that he should not have participated at all.
