Adopting the legislation lead to 75% drops in fatal accidents at work, and a proportional drop in serious injuries, according to HR Zone magazine. The magazine claims that good management has to focus on protecting its employees and lead itself according to the saying “if you think health and safety is expensive, try an accident.”
