Worker Death in the Netherlands 

13 July 2009
A worker in the Netherlands was killed after falling into a waste tank. The worker was one of three men who found themselves trapped in the confined space. All three were overcome by fumes. Fire fighters had to cut into the tank to free the men. One worker died after two days in hospital, while the other two men remain under observation. An investigation into the accident is underway.
