Companies affiliated to the UK’s Food and Drink Federation (FDF) have developed schemes designed to contribute to the wellbeing of their employees. The FDF’s 'Workplace Wellbeing – Industry in Action' Report outlines how these schemes have helped employees enjoy more active and healthier lifestyles. Companies taking part in the initiative provide information and advice on how staff can achieve a satisfactory work/life balance by taking exercise, eating well and managing stress. “We hope the examples of best practice showcased in this new Report will inspire other companies to focus on the importance of workplace wellbeing – as well as providing them with ideas on how to get started,” said, FDF Communications Director Julian Hunt.
